All nine walkthroughs
The framework ships nine walkthroughs in docs/user/walkthroughs.md. The framework labels all of them illustrative/synthetic, NOT_RUN: they are expected workflows, not transcripts or demonstrations. Use synthetic local fixtures and an authorized host session to reproduce them. Record actual output separately from these expectations.
| ID | Scenario | Skill | Exact input (translated where the original is Thai) | Expected boundary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WT-01 | Empty repository | Init preview → initialize | “Preview onboarding this empty repository. Do not write files or choose a stack.” | Report emptiness and unknowns; no scaffold, Git init, or dependencies; preview changes zero files |
| WT-02 | Existing .NET and Angular onboarding | Init | “Onboard this repository using its existing Memory location. Inspect representative backend/frontend files; preserve application files and human instruction sections.” | Inspect actual versions before profiles; no forced xUnit, Mapperly, FluentValidation, signals, zoneless, or Tailwind; legacy Memory path kept |
| WT-03 | Tiny edit | Implement | “Change ‘recieve’ to ‘receive’ in the README only. Do not edit any other file.” | Compact check, one correction, preserved unrelated edits |
| WT-04 | Feature with tests | Requirement → Implement | “Draft requirements for Excel export using repository evidence. Identify unresolved fields and permissions; do not implement.” | DECISION_REQUIRED until choices resolve; implementation only after a separate request |
| WT-05 | Review manually edited code | Review | “Review my current workspace changes for correctness and authorization. Do not edit files or run build/test scripts.” | Null-handling bug reported, not fixed; tests NOT_RUN |
| WT-06 | High-impact approval | Implement | “Prepare the migration file for the agreed schema change. Propose verification against the disposable test database; do not apply it yet.” | Writing ≠ applying; approval request before execution; production denied under the stated prohibition |
| WT-07 | Manual changes causing drift | Memory check or Architecture | “Check these two Memory entries against this branch. Report factual corrections separately from decision conflicts; do not write.” | Moved observation → correction candidate; ADR conflict → Architecture Drift; zero writes |
| WT-08 | Unavailable test environment | Test run | “Run the agreed integration checks if the inspected local test environment is available. Do not install tools or use production.” | Missing database → BLOCKED/NOT_RUN, never PASS or N/A |
| WT-09 | Assess a supplied Skill | Security (skills) | “Assess only this supplied Skill package against AST01–AST10. Inspect text without installing or executing it.” | Credential-reading instruction and misleading permission claim identified; signature NOT_VERIFIED; no execution |
Evidence to capture when reproducing
Section titled “Evidence to capture when reproducing”Each walkthrough lists the evidence that would demonstrate the expected behavior. Common items:
- a before and after tree or
git status, which must show zero changes for read-only walkthroughs; - the inspected scope and the unknowns;
- the exact diff and a preservation check for unrelated edits;
- actual command output for every check that ran, and reasons for those that did not;
- approval provenance, where applicable. Copied fixture approval text is not authorization.
