Goal

Correct the misspelling recieve → receive in README.md only. The repository has unrelated uncommitted human edits in other files that must stay intact.

Why it is structured this way

A typo fix is where agents most often over-reach: reformatting the whole file, “fixing” nearby wording, or running a full test suite to report a green checkmark. Kiyo’s Tiny depth still requires the scope check, the diff check, and Memory impact. Those controls are cheap, and they prevent the over-reach.
